Dining
The large dining room is south facing with lovely views. Weather permitting in the summer months breakfast and dinner are served outside.
Breakfast is served buffet style with a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, orange juice, croissants, bread and freshly made tea and coffee.
Dinner comprising of 3 courses is prepared by Gerry who has trained in the kitchens of Darina and Rachel Allen in Ballymaloe, Co. Cork Ireland.
Dinner is a set menu that is posted at breakfast time, we ask guests to let us know by 10am if they wish to dine in Marican as we use only fresh, in season market produce and everything is freshly prepared. |
